Red Bull Racing's Verstappen, that starts from the sprint pole position, commented: "It's always tricky to predict [if he knew he could get the car on pole]."
"I think in SQ1 and SQ2 the car felt competitive, extremely competitive and during the final session it was about getting your references right as you only have one attempt so it's very challenging."
